About the right team member

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design Systems team! This role will work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers across our products to enhance and scale our design systems. You would be joining at a pivotal time to influence the direction on foundational elements and establish new patterns. 

About the role

• Contributing to and evolving our design systems in Figma, supporting multiple products across web, iOS and Android  
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation 
• Working closely with engineers to develop, test and deliver library updates. 
• Working closely with other designers to identify library needs 
• Defining and outlining common interaction patterns 
• Acting as a subject matter expert on design systems, providing guidance and support to other designers and developers. 
• Participating in design critiques

Skills & experience

• Consumer and/or SaaS design experience a plus 

• Crafting and maintaining design patterns 
• Stellar design craft, an expert in Figma. 
• A keen eye for patterns and consistency 
• Strong understanding of the user-centered design process. 
• A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy and responsive design 
• Proficient in iOS and Android product design. 
• Familiar with MUI components and/or React 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
