About the right team member

The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator will be a key team member in our global expansion efforts, providing excellent service to internal P&C business partners, managers, team members, and former and future employees. They will support our team in maintaining employee records within our P&C systems, personnel files, and global right-to-work documentation. To be successful in this role, they should focus on continuous improvement and maintain confidentiality in all that they do.

The P&C Operations & Tech team supports the administrative and compliance functions of the P&C department, including employee data management, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS/HCM management, employee records, and P&C data analytics. About the role

  • Dayforce data entry of employee data; reviews and approve changes per Mindbody policies, processes employee terminations, maintains Mindbody master data including Job Assignments and Organizational Hierarchies.
  • Performs regular data audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Run and distribute P&C reports per schedule and for ad hoc needs.
  • Supports People and Culture email inbox and Slack channel responses; Ensures accurate, timely, and professional responses to team member inquiries with deep understanding of data privacy and security standards.
  • Files and maintains electronic personnel files. · Works closely with stakeholders, such as other members of the P&C team, IT, and Security, to ensure an excellent employee experience.
  • Works within P&C Docusign account, routing forms and contracts for approval, distribution of company policies and tracking acceptance.
  • Provides administrative support to the P&C team including preparation of paperwork, responding to unemployment requests, answering employment verification requests, processing team member exits, assisting with leave of absence requests, coordinating with local Payroll teams, and researching programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Prepares materials for compliance and regulatory purposes.
  • Supports departmental projects by providing data and organizing information as requested, setting up project-related meetings, taking notes as requested, communicating updates on task status, follow up on details as needed and maintaining project timelines.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information received or distributed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills & experience

  • Strong experience in Global Human Resources, with specific experience with workforces in the United States, India, Australia, Latin America, and the United Kingdom.
  • Solid experience with HRIS systems and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact and diplomacy, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Fast learner, able to readily apply knowledge gained in one situation to others.
  • Ability to work independently and process a high volume of error-free, detailed work. Very detail oriented.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a deadline oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills; both orally and written.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly with Excel, MS Word, SharePoint, and Outlook. Visio is a plus.
  • Previous Dayforce experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
