Mindbody Aims to Add More Women, Minorities to Workforce

Ten coders will spend the next 10 months training for jobs at San Luis Obispo-based Mindbody as the wellness-oriented software firm looks to tap tri-county communities for new talent. The effort is a partnership with coding education startup Treehouse and the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Maria Valley to promote diversity at the company, said Mindbody President Mike Mansbach.
