Mindbody revenue grew but so did net losses for second quarter

Mindbody revenue continued an upward climb in the second quarter of 2018, but net losses grew as the company integrated salon and spa acquisition Booker Software.

The San Luis Obispo wellness-oriented software firm reported $61.6 million in second quarter revenue, up 40 percent compared to the same period the prior year, including $38.5 million in subscription and services revenue, a 48 percent gain. Subscribers grew 15 percent year over year, topping 68,000, and average monthly revenue per subscriber rose 20 percent to $293.
