Mindbody Under New Ownership, But CEO Says it's Staying in SLO

Mindbody is looking to expand its products, platform, marketing efforts and possibly even its Central Coast footprint as it settles in under new ownership by Vista Equity Partners.

“Seven days in, I’m happy to report things look really positive,” CEO Rick Stollmeyer told the Business Times the morning after an all-day meeting between the two firms at Mindbody’s San Luis Obispo headquarters. “They really loved the campus, they loved the community. We’re absolutely, positively not moving Mindbody out of SLO or reducing our footprint.”
