Targeted Marketing Helps Mindbody ‘Make America Well’

A renewed commitment to living healthy lifestyles has consumers worldwide spending about $3.7 trillion a year on fitness and yoga classes, body massages, salon services, and the like. While several large chains thrive in this sector, most of it belongs to entrepreneurs in a single or handful of locations, people who have more passion for wellness than experience running a business.

Enter Mindbody, a California-based developer of business management, client scheduling, and payment processing software for such companies. Since Mindbody went public in 2015, it has increased its revenue 81%, to $183 million in its most recent fiscal year.
